This 29-minute documentary entitled "Beacon of Hope" chronicles the work of the Jaffna Jaipur Centre for Disability Rehabilitation (JJCDR). The JJCDR is the only center providing prosthetic, orthotic devices, and orthopedic services in the Jaffna peninsula for over two decades. Also, the center provides mobility devices, physiotherapy services, microcredit loans, and student educational grants to the differently abled in our midst. The organization's mission is to reach out to people with limb loss/physical disabilites and empower them through a total rehabilitation program to restore their dignity, rights, and recognition.
